About Us

H.O.P.E believes this election is important to you because the decisions
made by the local planning group and school boards directly impact
your rural quality of life. Some of these decisions are very obvious, but
others are often not felt for years into the future. We want you to be
able to make informed decisions and have a choice when it comes to
local races.

This election is clearly not just black and white, nor are the candidates
easily categorized by slick labels. Land use decisions affect the
availability of clean water, funding for our schools, fire protection and
public safety, just to name a few. Our candidates are all local people,
open-minded, willing to listen and are committed to doing what is right
for the community. They will put their years of local experience,
reputations for integrity and commitment to work for you, the people.

We have carefully selected our candidates to ensure that they are
willing to represent community interests over their own. We are
